I was trying to watch something else and the fire stick popped up and said “there’s a new episode of lanterns“ so I agreed to watch that instead.

There was a horrible stuttering noise and the whole unit crashed and died.

When I finally got it running again it turned out there wasn’t a new
episode of LANTERNS at all. They had just lied to me.

Seems like the show is a sick joke in more ways than one.

shape or form.

I thought one of the benefits of a shorter season was to eliminate the
filler episodes. Other than trying to show us that John's mother was
bat shit crazy and trying to justify why John Stewart should be a
Green Lantern I'm not sure what the point of this episode was.

I don't care about John's back story. If the Guardians and Hal think
he's worthy that's enough for me. Trying to sell me on John being
worthy just makes him look obsessed and likely NOT worthy.
