I just saw a video that feels like something out of a horror movie
except it's real. Daycare inspectors call the police when something
seems off about a place they are inspecting. It takes some time but the
police eventually discover a secret room hiding a bunch of very young
children that have been kept quiet somehow.

The officers showed a truly commendable persistence in trying to solve
the mystery. The laughable "punishment" delivered by the courts is
deplorable. The comments reveal that the woman behind this event has
been doing the same thing since 1991 and will surely be doing it again
very soon.
