Soft boiled eggs (called egg-a-cup when I was a kid) served in a coffee
mug with lots of butter, S&P. I stirred in some crumbled cooked bacon
and a little bit of cheddar cheese. Breakfast for dinner in a mug! :)

Interesting combo. I've been eating soft boiled eggs since prehistoric
times but never thought to add cheese to them. I add that to scrambled
but that is a different texture.

    On the list to try.

I'm okay, thanks Joan. Off the antibiotics, on to new problems. LOL

How long do you boil them? That sounds like a nice dinner! I
might add a roll or a piece of toast.

Boiled until soft. The yolks are still runny. 3 minutes.

    That's faster than mine.
Four X-large eggs from the fridge, 6 minutes

At the 6 minute mark, I put the pan in the sink and remove two eggs,
leave two in the hot water and they are hard boiled.
