• Soft boiled eggs with cheese

    Jill mentioned the combo that I had never tried before so I did this
    morning. It was a nice add-in for them. I'll do it again and put in a
    bit more than I did today.

    Tomorrow will be the hard boiled I made along with them. They sure are crunchy though when you bit in them.

    Egg can sometimes go nicely with cheese. I have had several variations
    of breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese and ham. There bakery coffee
    shop has a some wonderful breakfast sandwiches made with foccaccia and
    cooked in a panini press. One is egg with Frere Jacques cheese and
    guacamole, one is egg, cheese and ham with a spicy sauce and the other
    is egg and cheese with blueberry sausage.
