Tonight's vittles at your house? Leftovers or cooking a few things extra
    for dinners later this week?

It's going to be scalloped potatoes here with cubed ham nestled in amongst
the layers of potatoes. Sliced mushrooms have also cozied up with that
ham and spuds with plenty of sharp cheddar scattered throughout. I did
use a bit extra half-n-half as the potatoes soak up the sauce like a sponge.

Cornbread will part of this meal as well and will be shared with a neighbor.

I thought about having some more of the stroganoff meatballs in sauce
(no egg noodles this time) with Fordhook limas on the side. I changed
my mind and will have that tomorrow.

Tonight it's just breakfast for dinner. Three small pork link breakfast sausages and two large eggs scrambled with a bit of shredded cheddar cheese.

Lunch was zucchini parm, of sorts. Grilled zucchini covered in
spaghetti sauce, topped with Parmagiano-Reggiano and provolone,
then nuked briefly to melt the provolone. I wanted to do that
last step in the toaster oven, but the corningware dish was a
little too tall, the cheese didn't feel much heat, and I was
    timid about overheating the dish.

That sounds good, Cindy! I do something similar with eggplant.
