    It's a hard cheese called Dürr Classic, aged for a year, inspired by Austrian Bergkäse. It's produced at the "Ekoniva" factory in the Voronezh region. This particular cheese was the one the president received as a gift from the dairy holding company.

    The cheese has a deep, slightly sweet, creamy flavor with subtle notes of nuts and fresh rye bread.
