Sounds like you can still use it with a BBS that doesn't have SSH or FTP QWK downloading. You would download the QWK packet the "old fashioned way" -- calling the BBS up in your terminal program and grabbing one -- and then fire this new QWK reader up to read the downloaded packet.

Very cool indeed. I started playing with it - my first thought was that it wouldn't take much Synchronet code to make it into a full FTN point. SlyPoint?
