Just imagine how different things would have been if she'd

Think how much all of us in this group could have learned. :-)

Of course, it would be outdated today anyway. I remember Barbara
incorrectly claiming that the Aztecs didn't have the wheel.

Didn't they? I thought they only had rollers and rollers are not wheels.

Rollers ARE wheels .... that have a very long third dimension. (six
foot/ten foot long rather than six inches/eight inches)

They're still not wheels. Wheels have independent axels which do not
make contact with the ground thus allowing whatever the wheels are
attached to to travel over rough terrain and to move in a self contained manner carrying the wheels with them instead of manually having to carry
a roller from the rear back to the front over and over again as the
    vehicle moves forward.

    Where are the Aztec wagons?

I don't think the Azrecs even had ploughs.

    Are they?

    AI Overview
A wheel does not strictly need a physical, centrally located axle to
rotate, though it generally requires a rotational axis or support
mechanism (like bearings or hubless housing) to function. While the
"wheel and axle" is a simple machine, modern design allows for hubless
wheels, where support is provided along the rim rather than through a
    central rod.

I wonder if there is an archologist among us.
