Hit HBO TV Show Ending With Next Season, Star Believes

Emmy winner Zendaya has opened up about the future of HBO's popular
drama series Euphoria, which will be returning this Sunday, April 12,
for its third season. The hit show is also led by Jacob Elordi as
Nate, Hunter Schafer as Jules, Alexa Demie as Maddy, and Sydney
Sweeney as Cassie.
"A group of childhood friends wrestle with the virtue of faith, the
possibility of redemption, and the problem of evil," reads the
official Season 3 logline.
What did Zendaya say about HBO's Euphoria Season 3?
During a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, when asked if
Euphoria Season 3 would be the show's final installment, Zendaya
admitted that she believes so, teasing that fans will get closure
from the new season.
"Yes, I think so," She said. "That closure is coming."
In addition, the Dune 3 star also shared how grateful she is to be
part of the show, revealing that she has learned a lot from playing
Rue. For her leading performance as a teen addict during the first
two seasons, she won two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress.
Zendaya continued, "Euphoria cracked my heart open. Rue taught me so
much about life ... that crew has also seen me grow up. I owe so much
to that show. Rue taught me so much about empathy and about
redemption. She taught me a lot, and I'm very grateful for all of
it."
Euphoria is created and written by Sam Levinson, who is also
executive producing with Zendaya and Drake. Season 3 will also
feature the return of Maude Apatow as Lexi, Dominic Fike as Elliot,
Eric Dane as Cal, Colman Domingo as Ali, Martha Kelly as Laurie, and
Chloe Cherry as Faye. In a previous interview, Levinson confirmed
that the next installment will take place five years after the events
of the Season 2 finale.
Season 3 will also introduce new characters played by Sharon Stone,
Rosalía, Trisha Paytas, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth,
Marshawn Lynch, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Toby Wallace, Darrell
Britt-Gibson, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hebert,
Anna Van Patten, Asante Blackk, Bella Podaras, Bill Bodner, Cailyn
Rice, Colleen Camp, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Gere, Jack
Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson,
Matthew Willig, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.
