11,000 drivers were recently informed that they had taken their written
tests in a "noncompliant" way. Did they cheat? That would be liable. Did
DMV lose records? That would be gubmint owning up to its own errors.
The burden is on the driver to retake the written exam within 30 days or
have their license revoked.
I don't see how the revocation can happen without due process and adminstrative procedures. Also, the driver cannot defend against an accusation that the state isn't even trying to accuse them of, let alone prove.

The DMV "written" test is actually taken on a computer. There's no writing involved. What likely happened here is that their database got corrupted somehow and now they can't tell who passed and who failed.
And these are the people the socialists want running our health care system.
