    Nigel Farage, the leader of the Reform Party in the UK, resigned
    yesterday to force a by-election in his constituency. The other major
    parties have already decided not to contest his re-election but Britain famously has a number of fringe parties and individuals who run simply
    to poke fun at the whole political process. Among these fringe
    characters are the Monster Loony Raving Party, which has contested
    elections for many years. A newer fringe individual is Count Binface
    whose costume includes a garbage bin worn over his head. Count Binface
    has announced he will challenge Farage in the by-election. In this short video, he gets interviewed by the BBC:
