• Newsom Just Doesn't Understand the Supremacy Clause

First he tried to impose a dress code on federal agents and the courts smacked him down. Now he's trying to make it a crime for the FBI to investigate election irregularities?

Someone needs to sit his arrogant ass down and explain the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution to him and how he has NO AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER over federal law and the agents who enforce it.

The justices on the 9th Circuit tried to explain it to him when it invalidated his "no masks" law, but apparently he couldn't comprehend what they were
saying with that 93 IQ he's so strangely proud of.

Twice the Majority Party deleted the Minority Party's
Presidential candidate from the state ballot, but the
legislature's executing hand was stayed because the law
they passed was illegal under Federal law. Newsome has
no problem with passing fake laws that interfere with
voting, nor with the corrupt practice of compulsory
mailing of ballots to all registered voters.
