    Except that the bollards are apparently portable and easily moved. I can't imagine they will do a good job of stopping a vehicle.

    Except that the bollards are apparently portable and easily moved. I
    can't imagine they will do a good job of stopping a vehicle.

    That's Jersey-barrier shaped, meant to flip a vehicle up, then land on
    top of the barrier. They weigh enough that a vehicle wouldn't move it
    very far. If set up as intended, it would the job. Normally, they are
    used to separate opposing lanes of traffic in construction zones to
    avoid head-end collisions. They can certainly protect pedestrians.
