master notes, and on-screen appearances have turned Hasperat into a
full-blown culinary mystery. So in this episode, we piece together
every clue - from TNG’s “Preemptive Strike” to DS9’s “Crossfire", - and
build a recipe worthy of the Bajoran resistance. ??
Our version is inspired by the legendary Hasperat served at the Star
Trek themed restaurant during Universal Studios’ Fan Fest Nights: a
spicy shredded pork wrap layered with pickled vegetables, spinach, and
a punchy Sriracha mayo. ?????
