    I am going to make shabu shabu today.

    I froze the leftover pork butt so have the right ingredients, I think, including the items for the dipping sauce.

    Only problem is that the pieces of meat I have selected appear to be overly fatty, and need a trim.

    The secret missing ingredient is broth, I guess. Little trim goes in the broth.
