🍗 Juicy patties made from chicken mince

    " Ingredients:
    Chicken mince " 800 g
    Onions " 2 pcs
    Mushrooms " 200 g
    Cheese " 100 g
    Breadcrumbs " 4 tbsp
    Salt, spices

    " Preparation:
    1. Finely chop the onions and fry them with the mushrooms until they are soft, then cool them down. Add the finely chopped cheese.
    2. Add the ground onions, salt, and spices to the chicken mince, and mix them thoroughly.
    3. Combine the mince with the filling, and form the patties with wet hands. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
    4. Bake them in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or fry them in a pan until they get a golden crust.

    Notes:

In American English, chicken mince is called ground chicken.

These patties can be made either baked or pan-fried, depending on the texture you prefer.

Cook the onions and mushrooms until the extra moisture evaporates, or the patties may turn out too soft.

Let the mushroom mixture cool before adding the cheese or combining it with the chicken mixture.

Use a good melting cheese such as mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, or Monterey Jack.

Wet hands make the patties easier to shape and help keep the mixture from sticking.

If the mixture feels too soft, chill it for 15"20 minutes before shaping.

Breadcrumbs help create a light crust and keep the patties neat during cooking.

If baking, place the patties on parchment paper or lightly grease the baking tray.

If pan-frying, cook over medium heat so the patties brown evenly and cook through without burning.

The patties are ready when the internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C.

These patties go well with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, buckwheat, or a fresh vegetable salad.

Serve hot while the cheese is soft and the patties stay juicy.

These are similar to ground chicken patties or chicken cutlets, depending on how you shape and cook them.
