    The rainbow trout (previously frozen) had a little sign, $2.99/#. The
    guy at the counter couldn't get it to print out a label for that price.
    It kept trying to charge $11.99/#, which was absurd. Because the whole
    thing took a few minutes to resolve, he ended up charging me only
    $1.99/#. I took them home and finished filleting them. I peppered them
