    Very good catch there, 40 minutes at 400F would desiccate those wings.
    I recommend 375F on convection bake for at most 30 minutes or until the
    skin crisps up.

    Chicken wings are always a fast food.
    But even Buffalo Wild Wings still has significant prep time before they
