    Not for "rich people". Leftover vegetarian spaghetti sauce spooned over reheated angel hair pasta. I might make some garlic toast to go along

    I picked up a Seniors Thursday night special. Tonight's special is pork schnitzel and penne. Sounds weird but I had it about a month ago and it
    was excellent. Goodness knows what my wife is cooking for herself.

    It was a lazy day here. We went to the gym in the morning and picked up
    my special on the way home. It got steamy hot in the afternoon so we
    stayed inside and watched a movie. Later on a thunderstorm rolled in.
    They had predicted extremely high winds so we were a little worried
    about the remnants of our giant maple tree. Winds didn't get too bad,
    but it rained pretty hard.

    I like pork schnitzel but can't say I've ever had it accompanied by
    penne pasta.

    It's very hot here, too, but that is to be expected in southern South
    Carolina in July.
