Chicken thigh, potatoes, salad. Made the chicken Sunday. last cooking
from scratch.
Have to cook again tomorrow.

We picked up Italian takeout seniors special and tonight it was meat and cheese stuffed cannelloni. It did not disappoint. I fared better than my
wife who cooked up a couple Costco wieners and tossed them into a salad.
I warned her that those wieners were really, really old. She was not
deterred.

Lazy dinner. Nuked some green beans and added shredded leftover
chicken to warm through. A little butter brought everything
together. Salt and pepper, of course. Washed down with a glass
